Patient Service Representative/Night's-Admitting
Job description
The Patient Service Representative works in a fast-paced environment that works closely with the public and clinical teams to ensure accurate registration and care of patients. Collects insurance, and demographic information, and assist patients in wayfinding.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working 32 hours a week on the night shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) with rotating weekends and holidays. This position will primarily work in the Emergency Room, Urgent Care and Outpatient Registration areas.
