Patient Services Coordinator

Tolosa Children's Dental Center provides quality dental care in a s fun, safe environment for underinsured & uninsured children ages infant through 17. With a focus on patients and staff having a quality experience, we provide a fun, supportive, professional environment.

Patient Services Coordinator

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo offices.

The Patient Services Coordinator performs a variety of reception and clerical duties. Tasks include but are not limited to: greeting our families upon arrival, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance eligibility, scanning and maintaining accurate patient records. This position requires the ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently, interact with others in a professional and friendly manner, perform tasks independently and with the team, take direction, and have an overall commitment to excellence in the workplace.

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish and English and must submit a resume to be considered. Previous dental or medical experience is preferred. If you have no relevant experience in the dental or medical field, we are willing to train a motivated, professional individual.
