- Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM Hybrid
- Sign-on bonus $1,000
- Full-time with 40% remote work option

- Audit tax panels for new hires to ensure proper tax set up
- Audit employee self-service address and tax changes as needed
- Balance quarterly tax reports
- Balance W2s
- Reconcile, report and pay WSIB for Canada
- Reconcile Employer Health Tax account for Canada
- Update payroll provider with new tax rates as received
- Prepare miscellaneous tax reports for jurisdictions not covered by payroll provider
- Complete monthly Labor reports
- Administration of Service Awards
- Complete special projects as requested
- Complete payroll trending
- Pay invoices for Employee Services
- May have access to compensation information of other employees or applicants in this role and as such cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to other individuals.
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree preferred will consider work experience in lieu of degree
- 3+years of business administration experience
- 3+ years of payroll and payroll tax experience. US experience required, Canada and Mexico willing to train
- UKG and/or UKG Ready Payroll Kronos highly desired
- Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to function as an effective team member through good verbal/written communication skills to meet department goals
- Ability to multi task while prioritizing workflow and deadlines
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
This position requires the following physical and mental demands consisting of, but not limited to the following:
- Must be able to work in a sitting position for extended periods of time (at desk, while driving, and/or on airplane travel) in an office/industrial environment
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. when needed to move files, etc.
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.
- Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
- Ability to hear in person and via phone
