- Since 2009, our company has become a leader in therapeutic services by supporting thousands of pediatric clients receiving speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in public district and charter schools, in our brick and mortar clinic and in homes throughout the state of Arizona.
- In 2021, we opened a state of the art adult brick and mortar clinic to provide neurorehabilitation therapy services for conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson's, Brain Injury and more.

We offer two unique positions to choose from:
- HYBRID Position- therapists enjoy a combination of schools, clinic and home settings.
- SCHOOLS Position- therapists enjoy our public districts & charter school partnerships throughout the Phoenix-metro area.
SUPPORT
Mariposa Therapy offers a comprehensive Clinical Fellow Cohort Program unlike any other company. We are women-led company that fosters a positive culture that focuses on empowering, supporting and enhancing your therapist experience.
- Follows and exceeds ASHA guidelines for mentorship and support.
- You will be assigned a 1-on-1 mentor from a local SLP.
- Designated CF Leaders who guide the program to meet ASHA skill development standards.
- A cohort format that allows us to build a trusting and safe collaborative model with peers to build your clinical skills.
- Mentors that we have been trained in leadership and communication to give you effective and supportive feedback and provide you with knowledge to feel successful.
- Access to our vault of proprietary trainings and processes to make your job easier.
- Beyond the therapy room- volunteer and social events organized by Mariposa.
- Segment celebrations to mark CF milestones.
COLLABORATION
Our clinic is the perfect place to experience a true interdisciplinary setting where we actively collaborate with training, work side by side, share ideas, group clients and confer about cases and approaches. You will have access to experts in all disciplines (SP & PT & OT) and various speech/language specialty areas such as : Autism, Apraxia, bilingualism, feeding, early intervention, neurodiversity, K-12 Schools, etc. We host training topics that are intentionally aligned with the progression of your fellowship year.

- Ongoing meetings to learn, connect, share and celebrate.
- Onboarding coach supports new hires during their first employment year to help you learn your role and tasks on the job.
