People & Change Adviser
Salary: Grade 7 (£35,333 - £42,155 p.a. depending on experience)
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The scope of the People & Change Adviser role is varied and interesting, where every day can be different. You will apply your specialist skills and knowledge to support a wide range of activities from scoping changes, understanding the change impacts and developing solutions through to planning, evaluating and supporting change implementation.
Working in a highly collaborative way you will develop excellent working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to create solutions that ensure the scope and benefits of the change are aligned to strategic objectives, creating a planned approach that enables the change to be delivered and embedded successfully.
The role holder will be an ambassador of change, becoming a member of a change practitioner’s network across the University, focused on building change capability within the organisation.
