Key Dates: All assessments (pre-assessment center) must be completed by January 7th 2023. Invites to our virtual assessment centers will be sent out on January 15th 2023. The virtual assessment center will be held on January 23rd 2023.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in any subject from any university.

Location: Hatfield. We also operate in a hybrid way of working, so there will be a mix of remote working and time in the office depending on the placement and business needs.

People Graduate Programme

This two year programme will give you the opportunity to take on a range of placements within our People teams, with each rotation enabling you to take on the various generalist and specialist roles within our business area. You will also benefit from being enrolled onto the CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Responsibilities vary greatly across our HR teams and will therefore vary across your rotations therefore you could find yourself in a number of roles including working as an HR Advisory role within one of our business functions or a placement within one of our different specialist teams such as a placement in our Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing, Internal Communications, Talent and Leadership, Reward, People Operations and many more.
