As a team member training at an Orange Shoe Personal Fitness you will have the opportunity to impact peoples’ lives in and outside of the training studio. You create and implement fitness plans and workouts that are tailored to each client based on their wants/needs and your expertise.
At this time, we are looking for qualified trainers to work 3-12 hours (1-4 evenings) per week at a guaranteed monthly salary. You have the ability to grow this position to full-time if you desire and then have opportunities to grow your compensation, earn continuing education and dental stipends, and health insurance
We are looking for a genuinely awesome people who have an interest in helping others and the following qualifications:
- A “life-learner" mentality where you always want to learn something new, continue to improve, and expand your knowledge
- An enjoyment for teaching & coaching people
- Ability to positively influence another person's behavior while being patient and determined to help that person succeed
- Be willing to check narcissism at the door and always put the needs of clients before your own
- Have or be willing to gain knowledge in studio and exercise equipment maintenance/repair
- Training experience is a plus but not required.
