• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Flexibility in job duties.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Based on business demand and season, will need to be available to work after hours and on-call rotating weekends when needed

Experience and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year degree a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Field Service experience a plus.
• Military or job-related experience also accepted.
• Complete our award-winning paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a field service route.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete service management program.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer's home.
• Accurately complete and submit all required service-related documentation.

• Must be reliable and committed to complete daily schedules with no interruptions.
• Must be able to travel to other office locations if/when needed
• Must have clean background (no felonies) and driving record (must have current TX DL)
• Must be courteous, polite and professional appearance at all times

This position does not require prior experience – we are willing to train and license the right candidate

MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN CUT

Pay is dependent upon experience

Service truck will be provided.
