Miracles Rehabilitation, a practice division of Unity Healthcare, LLC, is a locally-owned comprehensive outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic. We have locations in Lafayette, West Lafayette, and Remington, as well as an on-site clinic at Tyson Foods in Logansport.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of therapeutic treatments to empower, encourage, and enrich the lives of the patients we serve
- Assist the physical therapist in evaluations, tests, and complicated treatments
- Carry out patient care plans provided by the physical therapist
- Participate in quality assistance activities and various projects
- Document all pertinent information
- Maintain patient confidentiality within HIPAA guidelines
Requirements & Skills
- License(s): Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- New graduates are welcome to apply but must be eligible for Indiana Licensure
- Outpatient orthopedics experience is preferred
- Strong passion for patient care
