Physical Therapist- FT

The physical therapist evaluates all assigned patients, develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with patients’ needs and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all physical therapy services for those assigned patients. Serves as educator to patients, families, students, co-workers and self. Weekends/Weekdays/Holidays

The physical therapist evaluates all assigned patients, develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with patients’ needs and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all physical therapy services for those assigned patients. Serves as educator to patients, families, students, co-workers and self.

Education: Degree from a school of Physical Therapy.

Experience: One year experience as a registered physical therapist in a clinical care setting preferred. Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients preferred, along with familiarity with JCAHO and other hospital regulatory agency standards, rules, and regulations.

Licenses/Certificates: Current Georgia Physical Therapy License. Current BLS Certification.
