What you will be doing day to day:
  • Taking responsibility for the planning and scheduling of our trade operatives' work, delivering response repairs and maintenance to our clients.
  • Liaising with contract managers, operational colleagues, residents, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ensuring clients repairs are diagnosed correctly and the correct operative is dispatched to ensure a first-time fix approach.
What you need to have:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. A lot of your time will be spent speaking with trade operatives, residents, management, and our client!
  • IT proficient
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to load and maintain data for PDA
  • Organisational skills necessary to manage and organise own and trade operative’s workload.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
