General Sales Manager (GSM)

Multi-Line Powersports Dealership

Location: Midwest USA (Warrensburg, Missouri)

Warrensburg Cycle is currently looking for a General Sales Manager to twist the throttle at one of its growing multi-line powersports dealerships in the Midwest that carries 5 of the major OEM brands of ATV’s, SXS’s, UTV’s, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Personal Watercraft. The position is for an empowered Store Manager with a strong emphasis as the Operational Sales Manager of the dealership. Warrensburg Cycle is a family owned/operated dealership with three long term successful multi-line dealerships in the group. We have the organizational structure and experience to provide our team members with the best chance for personal growth and team success. Position Description:

The General Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the managers and staff of the dealership to achieve revenue, budget, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability goals. Handles ordering of product as well as securing customer financing when needed and finalization of all documents and title work.

Required Skills:

Experience as a powersports GM, Sales Manager, GSM or Operator is preferred or within a similar market with multi-line experience

Strong closing skills and sales process understanding

Understanding of Financing and titling paperwork and selling of backend products

Track record of goal setting and establishing guidelines for managers and key personnel

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Command respect and lead by example

Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Lightspeed EVO, DP 360 CRM

Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 including incentives, with a total annual earning potential based on performance of $70,000-$85,000
