Job Summary: The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food for the next day. They need to have a basic understanding of kitchen safety and the ability to be flexible in their role.

Responsibilities:- Prepare food for meals in a timely manner
- Ensure sanitary procedures are followed
- Maintain clean and organized environment
- Can help cook and work as a dishwasher as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of kitchen experience required
- Cooking experience preferred
- Understanding of kitchen safety
- Knife skills
- Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Strong customer service skills
