Job Summary:
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing food for the next day. They need to have a basic understanding of kitchen safety and the ability to be flexible in their role.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food for meals in a timely manner
  • Ensure sanitary procedures are followed
  • Maintain clean and organized environment
  • Can help cook and work as a dishwasher as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of kitchen experience required
  • Cooking experience preferred
  • Understanding of kitchen safety
  • Knife skills
  • Must be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Strong customer service skills
