Dishwashing and food prep responsibilities include:

• Washing dining room plates, glasses, and silverware.
• Pots and pans and utensils from the kitchen and prep areas.
• Following recipes to prep sauces, and house recipe sides, meats, and cheeses.
• Preparing whole meats for the smoker and oven.
• And other duties as needed from time to time.

Requirements:

• Self starter.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
