Preschool Aide positions available (Makawao/Paia)

Aloha Kai Academy, is seeking a caring, flexible, energetic co-teacher or preschool aide to work in our toddler and preschool classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach to early childhood education and demonstrated ability to develop age-appropriate curriculum, communicate effectively with parents, work collaboratively with other teachers, and provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children. CPR and first aide certification required, and degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Minimum requirements for a teacher are 12 credits in Early Childhood Education and one year's experience working with children under age five in a licensed childcare center. Minimum requirements for a preschool aide are some experience with young children and a love and passion for the work we do. This can be a full time, full year position, depending on your availability. Candidates can submit a resume along with answers to the following questions:1.
