About Us
We are a recovery program that offers day-night treatment, IOP, and OP services for those who struggle with substance abuse as well as mental health. We treat co-occuring disorders and have specialized staff who can help individuals over come emotional instability. We utilize evidenced based practices and offer medication management as well as MAT. Numerous therapeutic modalities are utilized by staff in order to meet the patient where they are at to promote change. We also offer comprehensive case management services as well as life-skills education.
Join Our Team
As a primary therapist in our treatment center, you will be providing assistance to individuals with varying levels of substance addictions. Your role is to provide high-quality care using evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and recover. The Primary Therapist is responsible for performing client care, provide group therapy, treatment planning, and coordinating discharge planning.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:
CDCA with a masters degree or a licensed clinician in the state of Ohio.
Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse or mental health disorders
EMR/HER proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills
Communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
Conducting groups that support our program curriculum and services
Documenting all necessary information in EMR/EHR platform
Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure quality client care
Performing other duties as necessary
2 years experience in substance abuse treatment
Responsibilities
Provide counseling and establish treatment plans patients in individual or group sessions
Educate patients on treatment options, methods and techniques
Maintain records for health insurance and patient tracking, along with personal files for your use as you work with the patient and create the treatment plan
Work with other professional staff to collaborate on treatment methods and plans for patients and to assess suitability for counseling services or referrals to other treatment centers
Conduct research as needed to develop new treatment methods and to stay up-to-date on changes within the field
Agree to and comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, including how to handle patient grievances, proper intake procedures, staff meeting requirements and general code of conduct
Assist with general monitoring of in-house patients as needed
Pay: $50,000- $65,000.00
