As a Talent Sourcer, you'll be responsible for building, cultivating and nurturing a pipeline of Producer talent. You'll leverage your ability to build relationships and your creativity to build sourcing strategies to position Woodruff Sawyer as an employer of choice. You'll partner with our Producer Recruiter, our Chief Revenue Officer and our hiring teams to meet our hiring demands to enable growth at Woodruff Sawyer.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop and implement innovative sourcing and candidate attraction strategies to build diverse Producer pipelines
- Initiate strategic outreach to candidates; manage pipeline updates, coordinate follow-up, and schedule initial interviews
- Build talent networks through proactive market research, prioritizing diverse pipeline generation through outreach, marketing, events, partnerships, and referrals
- Research, analyze and compile data to support sourcing plans; measure progress and outcomes to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies, drive improvements and modify approaches as needed
- Establish external relationships with community organizations, diversity groups, and various associations to position Woodruff Sawyer as an employer of choice
- Attend events, and conferences and facilitate sponsored events to build a pipeline for Producer hiring
- Exemplify Woodruff Sawyer's culture to get people excited about working with us
- Remain abreast of Insurance and Recruiting industry trends, and creative approaches to sourcing and proactively seek out new solutions and opportunities to attract talent
- Build and maintain our competitor analysis list to develop proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with leadership; present industry trends, data, and candidate updates

Qualifications & Experience:
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition as a Sourcer or Recruiter with a track record of achieving hiring goals
- Ability to use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean, and data mining
- Experience using Talent Acquisition CRM's, & ATS's. We currently use Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Microsoft Office including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and have great attention to detail

More About Us:
Compensation: Anticipated salary between $76,500.00 - $108,750.00 Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.
This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
