Reporting to the Manager, Product Line, the Product Analyst will support the Essentials Platform team and collaborating with various scrum teams across the organization to support and ensure that product implementation and product support standards are being met. This associate will be working with stakeholders to coordinate and attend meetings, triage production support issues, generate reporting details, etc. This associate will have independent project work, as well as work collaboratively with their team daily to provide updates and ensure that everyone is on track with meeting the overall roadmap expectations.

To be qualified for this position, you:
Have 2 years of related experience in a technology (information exchange) and/or healthcare environment from the payer or provider side.

Have a bachelor's degree. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Have strong attention to detail.

Have excellent communication - be able to speak on both a business and technical level and interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Have experience with Jira and Confluence.

Have experience with Microsoft products.

Have experience working in an Agile environment.

What will set you apart:
You have experience with Power BI.

You have experience building, analyzing, and presenting reports.

What you will be doing:
Working with scrum teams on daily activities to clarify requirements, answer questions, remove barriers across the Essentials Platform space.

Analyzing and handling production support work.

Coordinating and attending meetings for new product implementation.

At times assisting and/or filling in for the Product Owner on update calls and project work.

Working with stakeholders to triage and troubleshoot issues both during and after the implementation process.

Writing documentation about the functionality of the product.
