Duties & Responsibilities:

• Represents the voice of the customer/market by discovering new opportunities to solve customer problems and grow the business.
• Gathers and implements upon requirements, leading cross-functional design sessions and transforming concepts into detailed user stories.
• Collaborates with engineering and data teams to scope work and produce high quality deliverables, clearly communicating the customer and partner needs.
• Establishes and manages priorities in a high paced environment.
• Ensures proper and effective communication flow among internal and external collaborators.
• Serves as subject matter expert on products and markets.
• Encourages the open exchange of information and viewpoints and brings the best ideas out of every corner of the company.
• Inspires others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization’s direction.
• Fosters a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.
• Is accountable for the product’s performance.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• 2-4 years in software product management with an emphasis in data products (big data, APIs, integrations).
• At least 4 years of experience in SaaS software or data product development (e.g. product, user experience, engineering, data science).

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Excellent problem-solving, project-management, data analysis and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross functionally.
• Experience communicating with users to understand and collect their requirements and requests.
• Technical proficiency in understanding and discussing technical concepts and experience evaluating tradeoffs and opportunities with technical team members.
• Experience working with high-profile customers and partners.
• Experience in healthcare information technology or other highly-regulated industries.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience working with government entities/programs (CMS/MIPS/MACRA/QPP experience a plus).
• Domain knowledge in anesthesia, medical billing, Medicare.
• Quick learner with demonstrated ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
• Competency with SQL, R, Python, or related technologies.

The salary range for this position is $77,000-$144,000.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
