What You'll Do:
As a Product Manager joining our Human Resources team, you’ll partner with enterprise leadership and team members from around the globe to create an HR Product Roadmap that aligns with our vision and drives our strategy!
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
- Through partnership with leadership, this role is business focused, concentrating on defining the overall product vision and strategy based on market research, understanding of company goals and strategy, and considering the health of the HR product portfolio.
- Lead development and communication of a roadmap to deliver strategic goals. Present high-level view of the features and key deliverables to customers and other collaborators. Communicate the roadmap vision to product and development teams. Ensure the solution meets relevant standard and other system requirements.
- Tell the story of the problems that need to be solved and proactively identify product opportunities or solutions. Focus on describing the value proposition, value stream, and capability outcomes. Work with partners to validate how solutions improve the experience for our customers and the bottom line for the organization.
- Empower product and development teams to own solutions being created versus telling them what needs to be done and how it should work. Challenge status quo, encourage innovation, be open-minded and approachable. Influence, lead and collaborate well with all partners.
- Be comfortable not having all of the answers. Make small bets and embrace experimentation. Keep lines of communication open with collaborators so their needs are represented, and they understand what is being delivered along the way.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 10+ years of product management experience
- Excellent critical thinking/vision, collaboration and decision-making skills, including business savvy and relationship management
- Deep technical understanding and knowledgeable about technology
- Experience working with customers and engineers with shown ability to deliver products that achieve market success
- Familiarity with Product and Customer strategy and roadmaps, machine learning, automation technology, and data visualization
- Human Resource Product experience is strongly desired
Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
