BrandStar Studios, a state of the art television and production studio located in Deerfield Beach, is hiring for our growing Production team! Are you interested in providing support to the overall production process? Consider joining our team as a Production Associate.

What do Production Associates do?

The Production Associate supports the Supervising Producer of BrandStar Original Shows in executing the Programming vision for assigned shows or segments. The majority of responsibilities within this position occur within the pre-production and production phases; and involve both creative and hands-on technical aspects of production.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Assist the Supervising Producer in executing the vision for original programming.
• Participate in creative calls with Producers and assist with content creation for assigned shows. This may include research, concept outlines, and/or scripting.
• Create call sheets for field/location shoots.
• Assist in a variety of production areas for in-studio shoots such as creating talent cue cards, operating the teleprompter, prop styling, equipment set up, and set changes.
• Write TV Guide Listings for assigned BrandStar Original Programming.
• Ensure studio greenrooms are presentable, clean, and stocked.

This position generally operates within the regular business hours of 8:30-5:30, Monday through Friday but must be flexible to work evenings and weekends based upon production schedule.

• Minimum 1 years prior television production experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all personality types.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Possess a positive, team player attitude.
