Responsible for set up and operation of mixing machines, maintain/troubleshoot equipment, documentation, follow GMP's and general baking production or testing duties.
Qualifications are to have at least 6 month in a food production facility, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, general Math computations. English speaking/writing ability to understand work instructions and good communication skills.
