Production Manager
The Job:
- Manage all facets of operations involved with the construction of post-frame structures
- Take ownership of the safety-first culture
- Oversee production and quality control process
- Responsible for hiring, scheduling, directing, and monitoring construction crews
- Monitor building projects through to completion
- Enjoy a variety of assignments; no two days are alike
- Help clients fulfill their dreams

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction industry essential
- Management/supervisory experience essential
- Must be a motivated self-starter
- Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Great customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
