Job Details:
Pay: $17.43/hour +.45 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
Perfect Attendance Bonus (up to $1,400 annually)
Profit Sharing (Bono Uno – dependent on the success of the business each year)
Shift:
You will be placed on one of the following shifts during Orientation at the company’s discretion:
1st Shift: 6a - 2:30 p OR 6:30a - 3p
2nd Shift: 2p - 10:30 p OR 2:30p - 11p
3rd Shift: 10p - 6:30 a OR 10:30p - 7a
Key Responsibilities:
Perform operations in specific cells – including the adjusting and cleaning of equipment.
Ensure the shipment of high-quality rails in accordance with the production schedule to exceed customer expectations.
