Join us as a Production Lead in our Ashland facility.

You will be entering a fast paced production environment that is family oriented to help lead your team to success.

More details about the opportunity:

• Lead a specific area, but could and will be asked to fill in for other areas as required
• Create production schedules and sign off for attendance
• Interpret and enforce company policies to employees
• Lead and participate in Kaizens to improve processes
• Understand and promote safety policies and procedures

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

5:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Thursday with OT on off days

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
