Job Description
KidzToPros is seeking an experienced Program Manager to run their After-School Programs and Summer Camps in the Boston Area. The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience managing after-school programs and Camps in the K-12 space. The top qualities we are seeking in the ideal candidate are:

KidzToPros is a leading provider of STEM, Arts and Sports for students ages 4 to 18. Our focus is on providing and preparing the next generation of leaders and innovators.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day preparations and operations of all after-school programs and camps in designated region
- Communicate with Instructors (for after-school programs) and Site Directors (for Summer Camps) on a daily basis
- Properly utilize the KidzToPros’ operations platform to manage and monitor camp instructors, schedules and camper check-ins
- Ensure instructors are trained, scheduled and prepared to conduct all programs that they are assigned to
- Monitor Instructors arrival time, attendance tracking, and performance on a daily basis
- Review ongoing feedback from instructors and parents for all programs on a daily basis and immediately follow up with any parents and instructors regarding issues
- Conduct regular site visits at all locations in designated region
- Evaluate Site Directors and Instructors to provide constructive feedback as needed to improve program quality and attendance
- Communicate with regional recruiters to ensure instructor hiring pipeline matches the needs of the regions programs
- Be the point person for all KidzToPros related issues at each location
- Work with the marketing team to ensure program registration requirements are met and enhance enrollments
- Implement all applicable school related policies and procedures at each site as needed
- Manage and record inventory across designated region
Qualifications
- A passion for enriching the lives of children
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a leader working in youth programs, managing a team of instructors and/or coaches, or equivalent multi-site operational management
- Working knowledge of how to structure and conduct youth programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with parents, administrators, students and staff
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood/education (preferred)
- Up to date medical/Immunization within the last year
- Completion of Massachusetts EEC Essentials (Preferred)
- Minimum 21 years old
- Must be able to pass Massachusetts CORI/SORI
