We are a centralized team of dedicated experts in contact center in healthcare. The team collaborates across all organizational business units and acts as a catalyst to standardize and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will convey high emotional intelligence to support overall change management.

Program Manager – Full Time – Days – Midtown

In this role, the Program Manager will be the direct line of responsibility for leading, mentoring and driving the performance of the Optimization team. They will provide expertise in project management for full implementation of the project life cycle. Responsible for integrating change processes into all aspects of project implementation. Supervises associates and analysts focused on documenting, measuring, analyzing, and improving workflows for patient throughput. Creates a culture of collaboration and accountability by working across teams to implement solutions for process improvement. They will deliver communications and mitigation strategies as needed while establishing policies and procedures for best practices.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Degree
  • Working knowledge and experience in practice operations
  • Proven track record leading projects to successful completion
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI for data visualization

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP Certification at hire or obtained within 6 months
  • Lean certification at hire or obtained within 9 months of hire
  • Five plus year’s job-related experience with two years supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a high degree of flexibility
