What a typical day looks like:

Work with Accounting and Operations team for accurately assessing consumption of items, amount of labor used, and maintaining Percentage of Completion Workbook. Coordinate with all departments, suppliers, and contractors, to monitor operating costs. Clear, accurate transmittal of knowledge / data between cross functional teams, and management.

Skills:

Accounting, General ledger, Reconciliation, Journal entry, Month end, Budgeting

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

3+ years of reconciliations experience

3+ years of experience recording journal entries

1+ year of budgeting experience

Able to create pivot tables, Vlookups, and Sumif's in Excel

Proficient within a large scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, JD Edwards, SAGE, Timberline, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics

Nice to haves:

Work in Progress or Percentage of Completion experience

Project accounting or construction accounting experience
