General Accountability:

We seek a motivated self-starter for our Team’s ERP project administrator position. As an ERP project administrator, you will be the Global ERP Program/Project manager’s first mate responsible for administrative duties, including producing and reviewing project documentation, meeting management, task coordination, team activities, and using time management skills to help the project team stay on track. Your goal is to make their job easier, and as you help the project progress, you will gain valuable project management experience that can grow your career.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager in project administrative tasks
  • Assist with maintenance and update of the project plans
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
  • Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures
  • Coordinate project communications between management and staff
  • Assist with business change management and training coordination
  • Schedule, plan, and attend all project management meetings and publish meeting minutes, action items, and decisions
  • Promote effective project team collaboration via available technology
  • Collaborate on project presentation materials
  • Analyze project data and produce progress reports
  • Foster positive and productive stakeholder relationships

Required Skill:

  • Proficiency in desktop or cloud productivity applications such as Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Extremely organized, focused, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • A team player with a strong propensity for multitasking
  • Ability to motivate and keep staff on task
  • Eagerness to learn and engage with others

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field (preferred)

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
