Position Summary

The Project Administrator's (PA) primary role is to support our Project Staff. This includes assisting in the coordination and management of various project tasks. Typical duties include project enrollment into various systems, maintenance of installed projects, coordinating project activities in support of the project team, collaborating with various stakeholders.

PA’s may assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, documentation of project activities and communication with project team members as necessary to facilitate project completion. The PA will need to be proficient in both Procore (or other client mandated software) in addition to the current Project Accounting/Management software.

Relationships:

  • Point of Contact with all levels of the TLS team
  • Point of Contact with external clients.
  • Point of Contact with external vendors

Principal Duties:

  • Be the lead in the system installation of projects as needed.
  • Assist with vendor account setup and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Performs project reconciliations on a monthly and/or on an as needed basis.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Productivity Measurements:

  • Effective adherence to all administrative deadlines
  • Timely completion of all transactional process; including PO, A/P and A/R process

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years Accounts Payable processing experience
  • 2+ years project administration experience
  • 2+ years PO processing experience
  • 2+ years Construction Accounting background
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • A working knowledge of lien releases
  • Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control over all current projects/responsibilities.
  • A High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior federal governmental construction experience
  • Prior Deltek Costpoint experience
  • An associates or higher degree in any of the following concentrations, Business, English or Construction
  • Practical experience working with FAR based contracts for the US Federal Government

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
