Job description

Mytech is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to work at our branch office in New Brighton, MN. In this role, you will develop and implement project work plans for a wide range of customers and solutions. You will work to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve challenging technical problems, and you will serve as an escalation point for Mytech’s project team. You will interact regularly with customers that have a wide range of technical understanding.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have 3-5 years of experience supporting/implementing network infrastructure, strong technical knowledge and understanding of SMB infrastructure and equipment, and professional, industry, and vendor certifications. You should also be highly organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should have the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, customer-centric environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work in conjunction with the Project Manager to implement projects successfully, review scope of work and manage implementation of projects, provide remote and on-site server/workstation support and maintenance, install applications and operating systems on customer hardware, test new products and technologies prior to deployment, and more. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base, and be able to represent Mytech Partners in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner when working with customers and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
