Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead the successful implementation of several large and complex programs. They are responsible for leading diverse teams to deliver client program(s) that span across the company. The PM will manage resources, schedules and client expectations throughout the full program deployment life-cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time program delivery. Contributions to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving program delivery are highly valued in this role. This role is remote and reports to the Sr Project Manager. The salary range for this role is $95,000-$115,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple product offerings
  • Define and communicate the Statement of Work and Project Specifications for the contracted services
  • Provide leadership for the project team by ensuring team member deliverables are clear in order to to meet project goals and milestones
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Establish goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings
  • Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults to seek solutions to a more efficient process
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to launch timeline

Job Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • PMP and/or Agile and/or Six Sigma certifications
  • Client Service Experience
  • Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, operations and business need
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques
  • Experience using Project Management software and methodologies
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating innovation and excellence
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Support diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ClaritySoft CRM, Flow charting software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
