The person to fulfill this role must be a self-assured problem solver. Unexpected emergencies will not be a cause of frustration. It is required that the project manager will be highly organized and proactive.

Job Responsibilities

Preplan for each commercial\residential installation:

• Apply for permits.
• Order materials.
• Manage inventory.
• Coordinate interconnection with the power company.
• Secure HOA approval for residential installs.
• Hold weekly status meetings with the crew(s).

Maintain the crew installation schedule.

Ensure each crew performs at a high level. The crew(s) must be punctual; courteous and provide quality work which includes taking pictures.

Responsible for every installation to pass inspection.

Responsible for the crew(s) to adhere to company safety protocols.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Must be able to build a crew from scratch.

Qualifications:

Effective communicator.

Proven experience managing two or more crews.

Education/Experience:

· Solar: 2+ years (Preferred)

· Comparable experience in construction will be considered

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (early leave on Friday)

No work on Saturday

Occasional work on Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
