This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Project Manager will include:

• Compensation (Range): $55-$60/ hour
• 6 month Contract
• The role of the New Energies business is to implement a competitive, successful industrial strategy dedicated to Hydrogen Mobility and to provide an efficient support to IDD’s offer growth. For that purpose, New Energies teams have to deliver its products on time, on budget and compliant with local codes and standards.
• Serve as a safety role model; promote a high level of safety awareness and demonstrate continuous improvement in safety practices. Maintain a culture of zero accidents and injuries in all work performed. Maintain safety as the first priority.
• Manage the relationship with the customers, work and contribute to the customers satisfaction.
• Manage compliance with contractual requirements and specifications on projects.
• Manage several projects in parallel toward on-time and on-budget based KPIs.
• Take full responsibility for the safety, budget and schedule of assigned projects. Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage and properly document Change Orders.
• Manage and maintain the project risk registers.
• Coordinate effectively with project interfaces (Safety, Product, Estimating, Proposal, Commissioning, Procurement, Risk, Inspection, Logistic, Supply Chain, Expediting)
• Responsible for project quality control/ quality assurance and or supervision.
• Responsible for executing and delivering projects as per AL Project process.
• Provide feedback to the Product Engineering team for product improvement and how to improve the manufacturability of the product.
• Directly manage suppliers for project expediting and progress purposes.
• Leverage continuous improvement tools to decrease the cost of manufacturing standard products through either design improvement or supplier management.

Job Requirements
As a Project Manager you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• BS in Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong track record of delivering equipment to projects with an on time and on budget with focus on metrics.
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative and problem-solving on complex projects in all phases of the project.
• Familiarity with data analysis, data collection, key performance indicators
• Strong culture around safety, cost control, schedule and project management process.
