Job description

The Project/Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Revenue Cycle with oversight of revenue cycle operations including, but not limited to, business office/CBO operations; patient access operations; process design and implementation; meeting KPIs and cash goals; and transition management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all functions within the Central Business Office (CBO).
• Supervise business office staff
• Accountable for the performance of the CBO relating to revenue, reimbursement, and staff productivity.
• Accounts receivable management.
• This position requires strong working knowledge of managed care plans, insurance carriers, referrals and precertification procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred, HS diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Healthcare related Industry experience required
• Previous Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
