As a Property Management Assistant, you will be working in a transitional housing setting in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ. The emergency transitional housing is for adult consumers in need of case management services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:15pm-5:00pm; 45 minute unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all office files and supplies
  • Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence
  • Respond to inquiries and questions from community members
  • Maintain records of Condominium Association registrations
  • Process check requests and maintain records of payments
  • Record, prepare and distribute meetings minutes
  • Track tenant rents
  • Provide support to Property Manager Coordinator in processing timely notices for late rents and violation of lease terms
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.
  • Renew all standard leases
  • Submit all daily deposits to accounting department
  • Assist with PMCS re-certifications and monthly vouchers
  • Answer all calls directed to the housing department
  • On-call for any related property concerns
  • Process all purchase orders and maintenance work orders

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience with housing and/or behavioral health services preferred;
  • Valid Driver's License required

Vaccination required per EO 283 as applies to all healthcare facilities
