UCH is looking for a motivated and professional Property Manager to work full time at our Wynnewood House and Oakwynne House locations in beautiful Wynnewood, PA. You will oversee a residential high-rise, a mixed-use high-rise, and a small group of single family homes. The office is less than half a mile from Suburban Square! The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is to be the leader of their property. The Property Manager accomplishes this by overseeing the physical integrity of the building, resident and employee satisfaction, and exercising good judgment under pressure. Prior experience in Property Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management is a must!

Your day-to-day may look like:

  • Manage and support all day-to-day management of the property
  • Maximize customer experience, satisfaction, and retention
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents, visitors, and team members
  • Oversee lease administration activities, including both residential and commercial renewals.
  • Meet and exceed occupancy targets set by management, by implementing high resident retention strategies
  • Maintain steady and efficient communication with Regionals, on site team, and residents
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repairs including but not limited to preventive maintenance, daily work orders, make ready/production schedules, contractor oversight, & snow removal activities

Do the following qualifications sound like we are talking about you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle
  • A stable, progressive work history and experience in leasing/property management
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle the pressures of a fast-paced industry
  • Possess a ‘can-do’ positive attitude that is used to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and employees
  • Technically proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer / software systems; property management software preferred
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked including weekend availability
