LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD FOR IN-PERSON/REMOTE TELETHERAPY HYBRID Looking for fully licensed therapists for our Philadelphia, PA office.

Session Salary Rate: 60/40 split (Clinician 60%/Philatherapy 40%) on session rates. Average pay rate for 45 minute session is between $50-$90.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed therapists who hold a current LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license. This position is a hybrid of in-person and remote.
• Prefer a minimum of two+ years of experience in providing individual/group counseling.
• Ability to handle member needs with passion and care
• Knowledge and competency of diagnosis, assessment and treatment of behavioral health services
• Will be trained in an online Electronic Medical Records system utilized for billing and note-taking (user friendly system).
• Understanding of support groups
• Skilled at being present with clients. Ability to be adaptable and thrive in a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Will need access to own personal laptop if providing telehealth at an out of office location. Shared laptops provided in each clinician office if providing in-person office appointments.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and time management skills.
• Carry your own medical liability insurance with 1M/3M limits
• Ability to pass all FBI, child abuse and criminal background checks
• Flexibility to create own schedule as part-time or full-time

YOUR ROLE:

• Provide forty-five to fifty-two-minute psychotherapy sessions to clients for in-person office/virtually.
• Eight minutes allotted for charting in our EMR, TherapyNotes program.
• You are required to work with PhilaTherapy, LLC.’s easy-to-use software platform, clinical portal and integrated tools to provide individual or group counseling sessions. Clinicians will need access to their own personal laptop if providing telehealth at an out of office location. Shared laptops provided in each clinician office if providing in-person office appointments.
• Very limited documentation: Create and complete a brief initial intake note, treatment plan. Complete a clinical note for each client session after that.
• Keep client sessions scheduled and up-to-date using software platforms.

WE OFFER:

• Part-time or full-time 1099 contractor opportunities.
• Work both combined from home remotely and in-person in a new in-person office suite.
• Session Salary Rate: 60/40 split on insurance and fee-for-service reimbursement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have clean and unrestricted Pennsylvania license
• Masters Level, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist
• 2 years post graduate experience preferred
• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills and safety awareness are required
• Expertise and experience in treating children, adolescents and/or families would be viewed positively.
