Job Opportunity: Pump Truck Operator

Aerobic Services has been operating for over 20 years and has become one of the premiere septic service and install companies in and around the Texas Hill Country. Our employees are the hands and feet, the heroes of our business.

Our team operates on thousands of commercial and residential on-site wastewater treatment (AKA septic) systems every year, installing various systems across Central Texas, and addressing a wide variety of maintenance and service demands that conventional and aerobic OSSF systems require to run smoothly year round.

(Pump Truck Operator)

We require no prior experience in the wastewater industry (in fact, it's preferred!). Our training process is carried out over a span of 2-4 weeks where trainees cycle working alongside others on our team team to learn the craft before being responsible for their own route.

● Trainees are paid starting at $22/hr during their training and then become eligible for a pay increase at the time they exit their initial training

● Absolutely must be capable of handling professional conversations with customers, as our team communicates with customers as a part of their daily role.

● Company health insurance, vision and dental, & company phone provided

● 1 week of paid-time off, ramps up to 2wks after tenure with company, as well as sick pay

● Prior experience in the plumbing & electrician industries is helpful for a base knowledge, but not essential

● Must be able to lift 75lbs
