Details for Purchasing Specialist:

• Schedule:Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM in office
• Pay Rate: $23-$24 per hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Purchasing Specialist:

• Responsible for ensuring that procurement of materials and equipment is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Communicate with manufacturing on needed materials and upcoming projects to determine needs
• Monitor physical and virtual inventory

Job Requirements for Purchasing Specialist:

• Individual must have knowledge and understanding of purchasing practices and procedures.

• Individual must have Knowledge of trade credit terms and conditions.

• Individual is expected to have the ability to effectively communicate; verbally and in writing.

• Individual must have the ability to prepare purchase orders, schedules, etc.
