The Director of Risk Management and Quality will work with a progressive group of diverse leaders. This role will analyze operations and clinical outcomes to determine process improvements. The Director will lead root cause analysis groups on case reviews and report findings to the leadership team. The role will work collaboratively with hospital personnel and leadership teams to develop and implement education throughout the hospital for process improvement to maintain the hospital as a high reliability organization.
