Spectrum Software Technology (SST) is currently seeking a QC Technician to support upcoming work for the Navy's NTCSS Program. 5+ years of experience and DOD Secret Clearance required.

Apply quality processes or Quality Management System (QMS) processes that address Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Software Quality, and/or project Quality System tasks.

Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards.

Use testing equipment to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely

Perform quality control inspections necessary in the performance of the various tasks as assigned and identified in the Quality Assurance Plan or by the respective WBS, POA&M, or quality system/QMS documentation.

• Associate’s Degree, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate
• 5 years professional experience related to field.
• Experience with best industry practices including, when applicable, ISO/IEC 15288:2015 for System life cycle processes and ISO/IEC 12207:2017 for Software life cycle processes
• Experience with MIL-STD-1916 (Verification Level III)
• Secret clearance
• Experience working with Navy IT Business systems including NTCSS, NALCOMIS, and OOMA.
