An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced RN Quality Coordinator Women’s Health to join their dynamic healthcare team.
This regional leading healthcare organization offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. This facility opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has since proved a timeless commitment to improving the health and well-being of the surrounding communities.
The RN Quality Coordinator Women’s Health will develop, oversee, and evaluate a comprehensive quality and safety program for the obstetric service line. The RN Quality Coordinator Women’s Health will work collaboratively with the Obstetric Nurse Manager, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Pediatricians, Obstetricians and Nursing staff. The RN Quality Coordinator will emphasize patient experience and promote an environment of professionalism and quality patient care.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s level degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Progressive knowledge of women’s health nursing and quality standards
