Quality Technician
Monday through Friday
2:30pm-11:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following:
- Perform inspection/testing (e.g. First Articles, customer returns, incoming inspection, supplier issues) using gages including; micrometers, calipers, protractors and various other gages/fixtures
- Read and interpret drawings
- Assist with Document Control efforts (e.g., documentation updates)
- Support the Control of Nonconforming Product process by ensuring appropriate segregation, identification and disposition of such product and entering information into the Nonconformance Log.
- Assist with problem identification, investigation and resolution
- Assist with complaints (e.g., supplier, customer and internal) including entering information into complaint system database
- Advise, train and support operators with quality processes
- Perform product audit production/inspection records
- Perform out-going dock audits of finished goods
- Assist incoming inspection for raw material and outside processing product
- Maintain records per Business Management System requirements
- Additional duties, as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
High School/GED equivalent; 4 plus years in the quality assurance field. These are minimum requirements. Additional education or training preferred in the area of quality. ASQ certificates desirable.
Skills:
Basic math skills
Blueprint reading / GD&T
Ability to use measuring and test equipment
Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
Statistical Process Control experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
