We're seeking a full or part-time Racquet Sports Maintenance Attendant to join our team of energetic and enthusiastic racquet sports professionals. Offering tennis and pickleball at the Sports Pavilion and River Course, the Racquet Sports Maintenance Attendant is responsible for court conditions and maintenance of seating areas and other racquet sports amenities. In addition, this customer facing position will attend to members requests, questions, or needs ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs, and to sit, stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time
• Qualified applicants will be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varied weather conditions
• Some previous experience in landscaping, golf maintenance, or tennis court maintenance is strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience with irrigation systems, court grooming equipment, minor mechanical knowledge, and general maintenance tools preferred
• Possess general knowledge about the sports of Tennis and Pickleball

Responsibilities:

The Racquet Sports Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the daily maintenance and condition of multiple clay and hardcourt tennis and pickleball courts, surrounding grounds, amenities, and equipment. Duties include but are not limited to: routine brushing and lining of clay tennis courts, top dressing of clay tennis courts, operation and maintenance of irrigation systems, operation and maintenance of tennis and pickleball machines, and general upkeep of fencing and courtside furniture. The schedule for this position is 7:30am to 2:30p. with varying weekend and holiday shifts required.
