What they’re looking for:

• Radiology Degree required. State of Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist ARRT
• Management experience preferred

Hours and compensation potential:

• Hours are day shift. Will help in the on call rotation.
• Position will offer a range between 73K-90K and goes up with experience and they offer a full benefit package and relocation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provides leadership and direction to Radiology staff. Coordinates/manages delivery of healthcare services in Radiology to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• GE Equipment, services includes: digital x-ray with c-arm used in surgery, 64 slice CT GE Revolution Evo, mammography, bone density and nuclear medicine.
• They use a mobile service that provides MRI and the manager coordinates those arrangements as the staff schedules patients for the MRI service.
• The manager supervises 3.6 FTEs. This includes three rad techs (2.6 FTEs) & a unit secretary (1 FTE).

Additional Info:

• The facility is a CAH licensed at 25 beds but currently has 16 beds. On-site they have acute and swing bed skilled care, as well as a 24/7 emergency room with two trauma bays.
• Have applied for Level IV trauma status. They have a rural health clinic at the main campus and two satellite clinics in smaller communities.
• Position reports to the CEO
