Salary: Grade 6: £31,834 - £38,213 per annum (Including London Allowance)

Location: Bloomsbury, London

Contract type: Permanent x 3 roles

Hours:
1 role part time, 28 hours per week, including weekend and evening hours to 11.30pm
2 roles Full Time including weekend and evening hours to 11.30pm

About the roles

We need 3 additional Reader Services Team Leaders to lead a team providing excellent customer service and to support the effective delivery of Library services to researchers, students and visitors.

About you

We are looking for someone with a customer service focus, excellent attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn. You will need to demonstrate:

Customer focus
Problem solving ability
Team working skills
Demonstrate willingness to learn new systems including through independent learning
