The Crew Member performs a variety of duties relating to QSR restaurant-style service including greeting and serving customers, hot food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and light paperwork. Responsible customer service is a major component of this position.

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Physical: Must be physically able to work your station, including operating a computerized cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Cleaning duties such as wiping tables and small equipment, sweeping and refilling of stock.

Full JOB SUMMARYPerforms tasks required for the preparation and presentation of products to its guests, and for the maintenance of the store premises and equipment, in accordance with Brand Philosophy, operating standards and policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIESDepending upon shift and station assignment, may be required to:

• Prepare Products based on brand standards and specifications
• Prepare Beverages and bag orders.
• At all time exhibit a friendly courteous attitude towards guests and coworkers.
• GUEST: Great customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you and Smile.
• Accurately operate POS System in accordance with POS Procedures. Responsible for Cash Shortages.
• Set up equipment, utensils and supplies for opening.
• Break down, clean and put away equipment, utensils and supplies at closing.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift.
• Comply at all times with SE Co-Brand Ventures, LLC dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Comply with all Brand policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et.al.
• Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by each Brand.
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Manager.

QUALIFICATIONSMust possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit and outgoing personality. Must have reliable/dependable transportation and be reachable by telephone. Must comply with federal and state age restrictions regarding operation of equipment in the store.PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOBMust be able to perform the tasks outlined above (“Essential Duties”); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility and occasionally work long hours; must be able to see, hear and speak (for communication and safety); must be able to test products by taste, color and smell; and must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.About SE Co-Brands
