Best Practices:

• Qualify, engage and relentlessly follow up with new and active web leads and convert to call transfer or appointment with an agent
• Focus on relationship building with a lot of thought given to the client’s needs
• Create or edit existing scripts and follow up templates to maximize response and turnover rates
• Build and manage the sales pipeline by tagging and archiving properly and report on conversion rates consistently. Provide reporting to Lead Agent and/or individual agents
