Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will support the company by greeting visitors to provide a professional and consistent first impression for guests and visitors. This position will also support the office administration by ordering/maintaining office supplies, coordinating scheduling & use of shared meeting space, assisting management with meeting planning and general administrative activities.
- Welcome on-site visitors in a professional and consistent manner, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain visitor log to ensure visitors sign in and out.
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls, packages and/or deliveries to appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Monitor voice mail messages and forwards to appropriate personnel.
- Create and maintain phone greetings as needed (night, early closure, office closure, etc.)
- Support office-wide communications, events and other correspondence needs by company and building management.
- Maintain log of individuals with building access privileges, work with building management to obtain new access and term access as needed to stay within compliance.
- Assistance with arranging travel and/or preparing and submitting expense reports.
- Provide a variety of administrative support as needed.
May also assist with:
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance/repair requests with property manager and/or equipment supplier.
- Assist with the coordination of program specific events, which could involve out of state travel.

- Receptionist experience helpful
- Strong communication skills
- Must be proficient in computer skills to include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
